At CJS HR we specialise in working with SMEs and recognise the fact that you may only need advice on an ad-hoc basis. We could therefore either work with you on a retainer basis for an agreed number of hours per month or simply offer you a ‘pay as you go’ service and agree on an hourly /daily rate or fixed fee for particular projects.
No. Although we specialise in HR employment law, we are not solicitors. We will provide employment law advice to ensure you are fully compliant in order to avoid having to deal with an employment tribunal claim. We would advise companies to seek HR assistance if unsure about any procedures. It is such a shame that so many businesses tend to get caught on technicalities. Such mistakes can be very costly and may cause reputational damage.
Absolutely. Working on-line has now become the ‘norm’ for a lot of companies and it has been proven that it works. Of course meeting in person is always preferable for an initial consultation at least; however, with the use of modern technology it would be perfectly fine to provide you with all the support you and your staff may need.
Yes – we provide most HR documents and policies; the services we offer are listed on the website under ‘Our Services’. These are available for a one-off fee and can also be tailored to your company.
No. We understand that times are hard at the moment (especially for small companies), so you would be able to terminate our services without notice.
Of course. Under ‘Our Services’ we offer a complimentary HR Audit Checklist. This should help you ask yourself the right questions and work out what help you may need. Alternatively, just contact us and we will be happy to conduct the Audit for you to see and prioritise what work needs to be carried out.
Just give us a call, you don’t have to commit to anything – the initial consultation is free!
